Completion instructions

You can use this application to apply for a special permit if you wish to set off fireworks as part of an event.
You will need the following data to complete the application:

• Personal details of the person making the application,
• Description of the occasion for the fireworks display,
• Details of the location and time of the fireworks display,
• Site plan or sketch for a precise description of the location for the fireworks display or the surrounding area,
• the permission of the landowner/lessee, if you are not the owner/lessee yourself.
• Details of the type and quantity of fireworks used,
• if applicable, details of the person responsible for the fireworks, should this be someone other than the person submitting the application.

The processing office needs this information in order to be able to examine your request. If information is mandatory, it is marked in the field label or in the selection options. If you do not enter any voluntary information, you may be asked for the missing information again later. This may result in delays.
